What type of t-shirts do you use?
Our t-shirts are Gildan 100% cotton.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard or paypal.If you would like to pay via cash, check, or money order, contact sales@ninjabeagle.com for info on alternate payment methods. Sorry, we don’t accept orders over the phone.

Do you ship internationally?
No. Sorry but we currently only ship within the continental United States

What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?
We currently ship via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders received Sunday through Thursday will generally ship within 48 hours. Depending on your location (we ship from Mobile, AL) it can take up to a week to 10 days to receive your order. Orders of multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.

I was sent the wrong shirt/I was sent a defective shirt.
If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us at sales@ninjabeagle.com with your order number and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you.

How do I exchange a shirt I purchased?
Unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Please contact us at sales@ninjabeagle.com for instructions.

How can I make a change to my order?
If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at sales@ninjabeagle.com and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.

What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

To process transactions

The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.
If you decide to opt-in to our mailing list, you will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.
Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

How do we protect your information?
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Do we use cookies?
We do not use cookies.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
